the room was very good, with comfortable beds and a clean, cozy atmosphere. the bathroom was excellent, spacious and immaculately clean. the tea and coffee facilities provided in the room were a nice touch, adding a homely feel to the experience. One aspect that stood out to me was the lack of hot water for showering, which was a bit disappointing. the host, Claire, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. Despite only paying for the room, she provided tea and coffee and even offered to drive us anywhere we needed to go. Her exceptional service truly made our stay memorable. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the town, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. the shared bathroom, while not ideal, was clean and well-maintained. Braemar House offers a great balance of affordability and comfort, making it a highly recommended option for travelers.
